Clothing designer Katie Difiore’s (attended 1992 – 1994 and is the daughter of teacher, Joseph Difiore, and also a Camp Sunshine staffer) work was featured in the May issue of Laundry Magazine. A recent Columbia College graduate, Katie had her designs showcased in the Growing Works runway show of emerging local designers at Garfield Park Conservatory this past spring. Keep your eye on the fashion pages to follow Katie’s career.

Also watch for news coming soon on Walker’s sister Caroline Shadle (attended 1997 to 1999) who has been shaking up the world of ballet.
